Darius Griffin oversees our commercial demonstration kitchen, transforming harvests from our raised beds, greenhouse, and dome into nutritious meals, preserves, and educational experiences. He manages food preparation for workshops, pantry distributions, community events, and banquet hall gatherings, teaching affordable, healthy cooking techniques tailored to limited resources. Darius focuses on cultural relevance and accessibility to empower undeserved individuals and families facing food insecurity. Everyone is warmly welcomed to his classes, tastings, and events—spaces designed for learning, sharing, and building food sovereignty.
